I would like to inform that a number of staff who were referred to retirement in 2003, in accordance to the guidelines that were set out for the treatment of employees in the organizations that are prepared for privatizations which the General Telecommunication Organization (at that time) was among them had filed court cases in the Administrative Court.

Recently, the Appeal Department of the Administrative Court has issued decisions on (16) cases endorsing the appellant judgment. The appellant judgments issued in all these cases were rejecting the request for compensation claimed by employees and the invalidity of the termination of their services decision and the consequent effects of it. However, there are still (41) cases pending before the Primary Court
