National Securities Co. SAOG (NSC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding  formation of a new Brokerage Company in Riyadh to operate in the Saudi Market, with a capital of 400 million Saudi Riyals, on Tuesday, May 16th, 2006.
